Fleet Analyst
Location Shepshed, full time
What will you do?
The Fleet Analyst reports directly to the Fleet Manager and is responsible for maintaining the administration & reporting for the department in an accurate, timely, controlled and structured manner.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Input of data into Excel existing & new spreadsheets directly or feed from other ForFarmers “native” or 3rd party systems.
- Use of ForFarmers “native systems” & 3rd party systems such as Tachomaster, Jigsaw etc to provide output for local regional & national operations & departments.
- Control Fleet Administration & reporting for the ForFarmers fleet including traction, trailers & tankers
- Manage Fleet Master Data master records
- Insurance claims & accident management data base management
- RFL Tax renewals & cancelations
- MOT monitoring
- Fuel price reporting & monitoring
- ForFarmers UK Fleet to Finance reporting
- KPI data production
- TUS upload, reporting & checks
- UFAS updating
- Vehicle documentation files updating
- Tyre charge reporting
- Vehicle off road reporting
- Other administration & reporting as required
Your CV shows:
- Driving Licence (B)
- Educated to GCSE level
- Computer & numeric literacy
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Good geographical knowledge
- Good people & communication skills
- Experience in logistics is an advantage but not essential
- Positive & engaging personality
- Organised & methodical
- Analytical mind-set
- KPI focused & driven
