In HR, some of the work is organised centrally, and each country has a local team. As part of a local team, you’ll coach and advise management and contribute to developing an environment in which talents flourish and employees are where they should be.
Our administrative team’s activities fall under the HR Shared Service Centre. Local teams then oversee the correct delivery of everything from salary payments and employment contracts to pensions.
