“My role is centred on ensuring that my customers receive the best possible experience with ForFarmers, whilst guaranteeing that they have access to our nutritional knowledge and expertise.”

My role since starting

“I enjoy the diversity of my role, no two days are the same! Whether it be out on the farm or in the office.”

“During lockdown my role has been more home-based, discussing feeding regimes or prices with customers, and coordinating orders at our mills.”

“With restrictions lifting I am now able to be out on the road meeting more customers face to face, whilst listening to some questionable music on the way!”

Customer Focus

“Over the next few months, I’m aiming to meet my customers face to face to help with any needs they have on the farm, as well as meeting new prospective customers.”

“When out on the farm, I assist with further support where possible on areas including livestock and housing space, should it be required.”
