"I work as the Exeter Sales Team Manager. My career at ForFarmers started for me as Account Manager and I have developed over the years to my current role. As the Exeter Sales Team Manager, my role is to manage the ruminant team of Account Managers and Specialists across Devon and Cornwall. For me it is important to have a clear vision of what we want to achieve and to facilitate that delivery through coaching, mentoring and advising the team. It is essential for me to have regular contact and dialogue with other departments such as the customer service, the operations team at the mill and transport teams. To see the development of individuals within the team, and enabling them to achieve success, is very rewarding."
